A Convoluted Foam Pad is a top layer of foam with an egg crate-like structure that enhances the weight distribution and comfort quotient of existing mattresses. The pillow is designed for hospital beds to help them provide a comfortable and restful sleep for patients at night. The pillow has a very strong and flexible design that makes it suitable for use with most beds and also easy to fold for storage. The pillow is specially designed to fit beds that are seventy-four inches long by thirty-three inches wide. The pillow features a glossy white color that can be easily combined with existing mattresses and toppers. At four inches in height, Drive Medical’s Rolling Foam Bedding Pillow is primarily designed for users at high risk of developing pressure sores. The egg box design of these pads helps increase blood circulation and relieve pressure from major pressure points. These Convoluted Foam Pad also provide a cool, dry and comfortable surface for users to sleep on for even longer periods of time. The pillow’s peak and valley construction also ensures maximum heat dissipation for enhanced comfort. The pillow ensures proper alignment of the spine for better posture management. The pad has a foaming formula that conforms to the natural curves of the user’s body to fit them. The pillow does not have an extra cover.
