The seller retains title to the goods purchased in this Agreement until the price of the goods is paid in full by the buyer at which time title passes to the buyer. If the goods purchased here are purchased for export purposes, the buyer must obtain certain export documents from the Federal Government prior to shipment to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers’ warranties for exported goods may vary or may be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all responsibilities are solely for products purchased.

Basic terms

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Allegro is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice. The product images on this website may not exactly reflect the product you are receiving. Design revisions and color variations may exist.

Please keep all packing materials and documentation in case your equipment must be serviced or returned. Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns, of any kind, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please provide the following information when calling the RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number, and nature of the problem

Rights & restrictions

1. Members must be at least 18 years old.
2. Members are granted a time-limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access that portion of the Online Course corresponding to their purchase.
3. The portion of the Online Course corresponding to the purchase will be available to the Member for as long as the Company holds the Course, which will be at least one year after the Member’s purchase.
4. The videos in the course are provided as a video stream and are not downloadable.
5. By agreeing to grant such access, the Company is not obligating itself to maintain the Course, or to maintain it in its current form.
